SYNOIA app built by our internal development team is a mobile application designed for internal business use. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data when using the app.
Information We Collect
Email Address – for login and account identification (via Firebase Authentication).
Messages and Service Requests – including text input provided by users in service request forms.
Images and Videos – users may optionally upload photos or videos to support a service request.
Camera Access – required to scan barcodes using the device camera.
How We Use the Information
To authenticate users via email and password.
To process service requests internally.
To associate uploaded images/videos with the relevant support ticket.
To display real-time service request statuses.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with any third parties. All collected data is stored securely on internal servers and is only accessible by authorized staff.
Data Security
All data transmitted is encrypted using HTTPS.
Uploaded media is stored on a private network drive.
File locations are referenced in a secure SQL Server database.
Access is limited to internal systems within our company network.
Data Retention & Deletion
Users may request the deletion of their service request and related data at any time by contacting our support team. Data is retained only for internal support tracking and quality assurance.
WebView
This app does not use WebView to collect or transmit user data.
